    • Manage data transfers and workflows via FTP servers.
  • Project & Team Collaboration:

    • Utilise project management tools like Jira to track tasks and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience with cataloguing workflows in DSpace or other repository software, including metadata standards (Dublin Core, ONIX, MARC etc).
  • Practical experience with scripting/coding languages such as Python and SQL, ideally for building or maintaining metadata pipelines.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in using the command line and familiarity with version control systems like GitLab.
  • Experience with FTP server operations.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards as they relate to ONIX metadata.
  • Work experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

We offer:

  • An international and compelling working environment with dedicated and friendly colleagues embedded in a fast-growing and diverse community.
